Please note that patterns and accessory styles may slightly vary from the pictures shown, due to different sections of the prints and inventory at a high demand. 

How long does it take to receive my product(s)?
After the production of your order, most orders are shipped between 5-10 business days - depending on delivery location(s). U.S. orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after production time. 

Shipping and delivery
We currently work with USPS, FedEx Smart Post and FedEx expedited delivery. Local orders can also be delivered by courier upon request by emailing contact@nubitribe.com.

Order tracking
You will receive an email and text message immediately after ordering products at Nubi Tribe. Click the link within the email or text to track your order in real-time.

Does the weekend count as a business day?
If your order was placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), it will be entered the following business day for processing. Nubi Tribe business hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

What happens if my order is placed after the 5:00 p.m. cut off time?
All orders placed after the 5:00 p.m. cut off time will be entered into our system the following business day for processing.

How do I reach Nubi Tribe if I have a question?
All questions can be sent directly to contact@nubitribe.com. All of our managing staff have access to this email and will respond to your inquiry within 1-2 business days or less.
